Great location and the service was prompt, but having to pay for your parking spot so as not to be towed sucks. $47.99 for three nights parking vs the free parking from before. Room was very clean with plenty of towels and pillows, but charging $5 for the water is wild. I half expected to be charged for watching TV next, rip.
Clean room and very friendly staff. The food from the cafe was tasty and I like that the hotel was within walking distance of UC Davis Medical Center. There were two negatives for me: you had to pay for parking which was not disclosed to me when I was first asked for my license plate number. Secondly, the AC unit in the room kept turning on after I turned it and the thermostat off. It would turn on and then loudly shut off every ~30 minutes so it woke me up during the night. I would recommend just unplugging it.

A good hotel right by the campus with nice comfortable rooms. The people here are kind and accommodating. Lynne is an amazing hostess, she really made a positive impression on my wife.
Smooth and quick check in and check out. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located just across the street from Shriners Hospital, where our finance meeting was held, which made it extremely practical for our stay. A special thanks to David at the reception for being very quick and efficient in adding and extending my reservation. Much Appreciated
Got in late; two employees at the desk and no other guests but still had to wait a few minutes before we could check in. Room was slightly dirty in spots, and whoever did the re-caulking in the bathroom got it everywhere. Beds were decent comfort level. Nothing to write home about but met our needs for the night. Did not use anything but the beds and bathroom; water available for $5 a bottle but we brought our own after seeing other reviews. Check out was a breeze as we were getting out at 11a. $25 a night parking.
It looked like it was a little older, but everything was in fine condition and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. It is right next door from UC Davis medical Center, and my morning walk around their campus made for a wonderful morning after my sleep. Thank you!
This is a nice clean hotel conveniently located near Shriners Hospital and UC Davis Hospital/ Campus. The hotel staff were nice and polite. The rooms were clean and quiet. The cafe serves Starbucks Coffee at the normal price but both the cafe and the hotel store are a bit pricey. If that bothers you, there are convenient stores, a grocery store and multiple fast food joints all over the area. Overall, it was a nice stay.
